Strategic Planning Consultation

OPHI works in collaboration with state, local, and tribal public health agencies to develop agency Strategic Plans. Incorporating processes that ensure engagement and participation of staff throughout the public health agency leads to creation of a plan that is actionable and measurable. OPHI assists in project planning by providing a framework and organized process for approaching strategic planning for the public health agency that engages stakeholders that aligns with mandates and good public health practice.
