The mini-grant program, established in FY13, provides Michigan local health departments and Tribal public health agencies with funds to build capacity and meet national and state public health standards. Funding may be used to complete activities related to accreditation readiness, performance management, workforce development, quality improvement and/or integrating equity throughout the health department.
