In partnership with Livingston County Health Department, the Office of Public Health Improvement (OPHI) and MDHHS used technical assistance hours to develop a series of videos to help build capacity in maintaining a culture of quality improvement. The videos describe the foundations to quality improvement and how to integrate into all departmental activities.
